In Honor of Our Fallen Heros

I am posting the names of the troops we have lost not for any other reason but to purely honor them for their service to this country.  With my beliefs on the war aside, each and every name should be honored as a hero to this country and as a family memember to the families here at home.  Thank you to the families of these service men and women for your family memembers service and my heart goes out to you for your loss.  I am doing this for them and you.  The names will be posted at the bottom of this blog to always be stationary as a wall of remebrance.

Soon Fallen Troops Names To Be Posted

In the next coming days I will post the names of every fallen troop to date, reported by the Department of Defense.  Don't let these brave men and women be forgotten, each name is a family member to someone.  Donate January 30th 2008 to Ron Paul to bring the rest of the troops home.

Ron Paul "Money Bomb" on A Day Remembering Gandhi

Welcome, this blog has two purposes.  First is to commemorate Mahatma Gandhi's message of non-violence and belief in mass disobedience to resist tyranny and ultimately obtain peace.  January 3o, 2008 will be the 60th anniversary of Gandhi's death.  He was assassinated in 1948, but even today his message of peace and non-violence inspires many.  He has inspired countless heros since then such as Martin Luther King Jr. who fought non-violently to end racism in America and protect civil rights, among many other honorable things.  His words have even inspired politicians such as Ron Paul, who has a message of non interventionism, protection of civil liberties even through civil disobedience, and of a more peaceful relation with other countries. That is why Ron Paul has taken a stance against the War in Iraq.  There have been a handful of "Money Bombs" for Ron Paul's campaign that have all been extremely successful. The goal of this blog is to set up another so called "Money Bomb" day for making Ron Paul donations.  I thought that since the 60th anniversary of Gandhi's death is on January 30th, just under a week away from Super Tuesday primaries where Ron Paul will need as much contribution as possible for tv ads and publicity, what a fitting day for a mass donation. What is more fitting though is the fact that Gandhi's message has inspired Dr. Paul to do what he does and to fight for the citizens of this country, and bring back our troops.  Now this could go about like all the other "Money Bombs", surely, but with this is  not only to raise money for Ron Paul's campaign but also make a statement to the media who has been so unfair to him. They have not given Dr. Paul the same media exposure as other candidates that at the moment are doing worse than him in primaries/caucasus.  We need to push his message of bringing our troops back, ending this unconstitutional war, but never forgetting the troops that we have lost and the families left back at home.  More importantly to remember them as the Mothers, Fathers, Sisters, Brothers, Daughters, and Sons that they are to those families. The current fatality rate just for American troops, reported by the Department of Defense as of January 18, 2008 was 3,926.  This is not to mention the thousands and thousands more that are wounded and those troops from other countries who have died fighting our war.  As humans we must also not forget the innocent civilians of Iraq and other countries that have died from our war cause. So the goal being set is raise $1000 dollars for every fallen troop in honor of their service to this country and death fighting in this corrupt war.  This money will go to a candidate that is trying to save the lives of those still over there. No matter what your belief on the war is the fallen must be honored for this.  The goal may seem impossible, it may seem foolish, but if successful will get the medias attention, not just for Ron Paul, but for those troops that we have lost, and Ron Paul supporters that want this WAR TO END.  Look at the results from past "Money Bombs", each one important to the cause, this one no different except we can make a statement for Ron Paul's belief of bringing the troops home and our support of him doing this. So in closing of this first post, I remind you the goal is $1000 dollars for every fallen troop, all 3926 brave souls, that will raise roughly 3.9 million.  The day of donation is January 30th 2008 coinciding with the 60th anniversary of Gandhi's death, the man who stood up to tyranny such as Ron Paul is doing in our times.  This blog and event has no connection with the Ron Paul campaign, it is entirely a grassroots campaign. All donations are to be made ONLY at the official Ron Paul campaign website:  www.RonPaul2008.com
Spread the word to everyone you know, find 10 people to donate $100 dollars, or 100 to donate $10 dollars.  Every little bit counts what ever you can do helps. It is the people that carry a revolution sparked by an idea of another who will stand up to the establisment, that person is Ron Paul.  The fallen troops will be remembered, Ron Paul will succeed with his message, we will bring the troops home and end this war.  I leave this post, that will be followed by more, with a quote from Gandhi:
"Strenght does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will."
